Tell us what crossed — the loss, the ending, the love that came back, the person who is gone, the threshold you have passed. One or two sentences. The more specific, the better. This is the foundation of everything that follows. What is made here will outlast the occasion that prompted it.
Our intake process requests 3–8 personal images — photographs of people, places, objects, or textures that carry meaning. After you submit this form, we will send you a secure upload link to share those images privately before your orientation call.

Any Early Boundaries?
We don't finalize materials until after the moodboard phase — but knowing your early tolerance helps us orient the direction. Select one if you have a strong preference, or leave open if you're genuinely undecided.
