By visiting our site, browsing, and/or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use this website.
USE OF THE WEBSITE
You may not use our website for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the website, its content, or access to it without express written permission from Crown of Sadie.
You must not transmit any worms, viruses, or code of a destructive nature. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
ACCURACY OF INFORMATION
We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible. However, the colors, textures, and dimensions you see on screen depend on your monitor and device settings, and we cannot guarantee that your display will render these details identically to the physical piece.
Product descriptions, materials, dimensions, and specifications are provided in good faith and are as accurate as possible at the time of listing. If you have specific questions about any detail, we encourage you to contact us before purchasing.
PRODUCTS & PRICING
All products are subject to availability. Certain products are available exclusively through the website and may have limited quantities.
Prices for our products are listed in United States Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time without liability to you.
We do not warrant that the quality of any product or information obtained through this website will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the service will be corrected.
ORDERS & PAYMENT
By placing an order, you represent that the information you provide is accurate, current, and complete, and that you are authorized to use the payment method submitted.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders that appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors. If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
All Signature Collection orders require full payment at checkout. OATH & HEIR commissions require a 50% deposit at the start of production, with the remaining 50% due upon completion and before shipment.
MADE-TO-ORDER POLICY
All Crown of Sadie pieces are made to order. Production begins only after your order and payment have been confirmed. Because each piece is crafted individually, please allow 6 to 8 weeks for Signature Collection pieces and 8 to 16 weeks for OATH & HEIR commissions.
Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges except in cases of structural defect or shipping damage, as outlined in our Shipping & Returns policy.
CANCELLATIONS
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund, provided production has not yet begun. After 24 hours, or once materials have been allocated and production has started, cancellations are not accepted.
For OATH & HEIR commissions, the 50% deposit is non-refundable once the design process has progressed past the initial intake and approval stage.
LIFETIME STRUCTURAL WARRANTY
Every Crown of Sadie piece is covered by a lifetime structural warranty against defects in craftsmanship. This warranty covers structural failures such as loosened settings, failed clasps, and separated joins under normal wear.
This warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, negligence, accident, unauthorized modification or repair, or cosmetic wear consistent with normal use including surface scratches, patina development, or gradual softening of enamel and resin surfaces.
To initiate a warranty claim, contact us through our website with photographs of the issue. We will evaluate the piece and, if the issue falls under our warranty, repair it at no cost. Shipping for warranty repairs is covered by Crown of Sadie.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this website — including but not limited to text, photography, illustrations, renders, product designs, logos, brand marks, icons, page layouts, and graphic design — is the intellectual property of Glamour Guild Holdings LLC and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from this website without express prior written consent from Crown of Sadie.
The Crown of Sadie name, logo, icon mark, OATH & HEIR name, collection names (Radiant Reverie, Aurora Perpetua, Ascension, Sapien), and individual piece names are trademarks of Glamour Guild Holdings LLC.
USER-SUBMITTED CONTENT
By submitting images, text, stories, or other content to Crown of Sadie through our OATH & HEIR intake process, contact forms, or any other channel, you grant Glamour Guild Holdings LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use such content solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order or commission.
We will never publicly share your personal stories, intake submissions, or commission details without your explicit written consent.
PRIVACY
Your submission of personal information through our website is governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy page for full details on how we collect, use, store, and protect your information.
THIRD-PARTY LINKS
